PORTRAITS

A portrait is not just a snap-shot of someone. A portrait is an artistic representation of a person, in which it is hoped to convey some of the personality, mood and essence of the person depicted. River Studio employs both colour and black & white imaging to create a portrait and favours, although not exclusively, the more traditional forms of 'head & shoulder' style of portraiture.

We trust you find the images featured here appealing and having some artistic merit. While there are many beautiful faces there are also a number of interesting people with their own individual and unique 'look'.
